1. OBJECT:

The present Regulation of Use, Handling and Protection of Data (hereinafter the "Regulation"), aims to guarantee the protection of the right of Habeas Data that all natural persons have (hereinafter the "Owner"), as well as the regulation of the use of data by DISTRIBUIDORA GAZZIA.

The foregoing, taking into account the provisions of Law 1581 of 2012, which developed the right of all people to know, update and rectify the information that has been collected about them in the databases or files by those responsible and those in charge of the processing of said data and, taking into account the condition of manager and data controller, who assists DISTRIBUIDORA GAZZIA, according to the definitions included for this purpose in the aforementioned law.

 

2. AUTHORIZATION OF THE HOLDER FOR THE CAPTURE AND USE OF DATA:

The owner of the information must expressly authorize the use of their data to DISTRIBUIDORA GAZZIA. This authorization must be in writing and be acquired through the forms provided by DISTRIBUIDORA GAZZIA for these purposes (hereinafter the “Authorization Form.” Said forms are part of these Regulations as Annexes and are listed below:

 Completion of ballots to participate in promotional raffles carried out by DISTRIBUIDORA GAZZIA;

 Completion of Petition, complaint or claim forms accepting the use of data;

Registration and data update format for digital media, both for Clients and employees;

 Registration form and data update for DISTRIBUIDORA GAZZIA promotional programs.

 

3. PURPOSES OF DATA CAPTURE:

DISTRIBUIDORA GAZZIA may use the data collected from the Holders for the following activities:

Study and attend to the request (s) for services requested by the Holder at any time;

* Exercise your right to sufficiently know the client / affiliate / user with whom you intend to establish relationships, provide services, and assess the present or future risk of the same relationships and services;

* Offer jointly or separately with third parties or on behalf of third parties, commercial and related services, as well as carry out promotional, marketing, advertising, charitable or social service campaigns or in conjunction with third parties. Consequently, for the purposes described, DISTRIBUIDORA GAZZIA may:

* Know, store and process all the information provided by the Holder in one or more databases, in the format that it deems most convenient.

*Sort, catalog, classify, divide or separate the information provided by the Owner.

*Verify, corroborate, verify, validate, investigate or compare the information provided by the Owner, with any information that DISTRIBUIDORA GAZZIA legitimately has.

*Access, consult, compare and evaluate all the information that about the Holder is stored in the databases of any legitimately constituted credit, financial, judicial or security risk center, of a state or private nature, national or foreign , or any commercial or services database that allows to establish in a comprehensive and historically complete way the behavior that as a debtor, user, client, guarantor, endorser, affiliate, beneficiary, subscriber, taxpayer and / or as owner of financial, commercial services or of any other nature.

*Analyze, process, evaluate, treat or compare the information provided by the Owner. To the data resulting from analysis, processing, evaluations, treatments and comparisons, the same authorizations that I grant in the Authorization Form for the information provided by the Holder will be applicable.

*Study, analyze, personalize and use the information provided by the Holder for the monitoring, development and / or improvement, both individual and general, of conditions of service, administration, security or attention, as well as for the implementation of marketing plans, campaigns, special benefits and promotions DISTRIBUIDORA GAZZIA may share with business partners that submit to the conditions of this authorization the results of the aforementioned studies, analyzes, customizations and uses, as well as all the information and personal data provided by the Owner .

*Report, communicate or allow access to the information provided by the Holder or that which he has about the Holder to the legitimately constituted credit, financial, commercial or service risk centers, to financial entities, in accordance with the applicable regulations.

 

 

4. SENSITIVE DATA:

Sensitive data are those related to data on racial or ethnic origin, membership of unions, social or human rights organizations, political, religious, sexual life, biometric or health data convictions. This information may not be answered by the Owner.
